Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of BidRook (the "Service"), a product of Droidor Inc., a Texas corporation ("Droidor", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BidRook monitors publicly available government solicitations and sends you summaries of the ones that match the trades and areas you choose. Summaries and relevance scores are generated in part by automated systems, including AI, and may be incomplete or wrong. The original solicitation published by the issuing agency is always the authoritative source. You must read it before you decide to bid. We are not affiliated with the State of Texas, SAM.gov or any government agency, and we do not submit bids for you.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. A plan covers the number of users stated on the pricing page.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; Founding prices stay locked while your subscription remains active.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't resell, redistribute or bulk-export the Service's content, share your account outside your plan's seat limit, scrape the Service, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
Government solicitations belong to their publishers. The Service, including our summaries, scoring, software and branding, belongs to Droidor Inc.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that we will find every relevant solicitation, that the information is accurate or timely, or that you will win any contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droidor's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost contracts or profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
