This policy explains how Droidor Inc. ("we") handles personal information in BidRook.

What we collect

• Account and preference data: your name, email, company name, trades, service areas and alert settings.
• Usage data: basic logs, plus whether emails were opened or clicked, so we can keep the Service reliable and improve matching.
• Payment data: Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, collects and processes payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use it to send your bid alerts, run and improve the Service, provide support, send account and billing notices, and, if you opt in, product updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share it only with service providers that help us run BidRook: hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Paddle) and AI processing used to summarize public solicitations. We share it with authorities if the law requires it. Your personal information is not used to train third-party AI models.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 90 days of a deletion request, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can update your preferences, unsubscribe from any email, or ask for access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@bidrook.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit and industry-standard providers. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

BidRook is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
